ChurchPack Terms and Conditions
Welcome to ChurchPack! By accessing and using our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they govern your use of ChurchPack services and products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using ChurchPack, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. ChurchPack is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Services Provided
ChurchPack offers a range of tools and services to help churches manage their activities. These services include live streaming, donation management, event planning, and member engagement tools.
4. Payment Terms
All payments made for ChurchPack services, including subscriptions and upgrades, are subject to our pricing structure. You are responsible for all applicable fees and charges.
5. Content Ownership
ChurchPack grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform. Any content you upload remains your property, but by using ChurchPack, you grant us the right to use, modify, and distribute it as necessary for the services we provide.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading harmful content, violating intellectual property rights, or using ChurchPack for illegal activities. Any violation may result in account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
ChurchPack is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform. The service is provided “as is” without any warranties.
8. Changes to Terms
ChurchPack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Affiliate Aggreement
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Productnaire, the provider of ChurchPack (“Company”), and the Affiliate (“Affiliate”), who wishes to promote and sell ChurchPack on behalf of the Company. By participating in the ChurchPack Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity that agrees to promote and sell ChurchPack under the terms of this Agreement.
1.2 “ChurchPack” refers to the all-in-one church management software developed and sold by the Productnaire.
1.3 “Referral” refers to a customer who purchases ChurchPack through the Affiliate’s unique referral link.
1.4 “Commission” refers to the payment made to the Affiliate for each successful sale of ChurchPack generated through their referral link.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
2.1 To enroll in the ChurchPack Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must complete the online application form provided by the Company.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 The Affiliate agrees to promote and market ChurchPack using ethical and lawful means.
3.2 The Affiliate must not make false claims or misrepresent ChurchPack in any way.
3.3 The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their referral links are correctly integrated into their promotional materials.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 The Affiliate will earn a commission of 20% (₦60,000) of the total sale price for each successful sale of ChurchPack made through their referral link.
4.2 The commission will be calculated based on the net sale price, excluding any taxes, fees, or discounts applied at the time of purchase.
4.3 Commissions will be paid out to the Affiliate on a monthly basis, provided the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of ₦60,000.
4.4 If the Affiliate does not reach the minimum payout threshold within a given month, their commission will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payments will be made via [Specify Payment Method, e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer] to the account details provided by the Affiliate.
5.2 The Company will process commission payments within [Specify Number of Days, e.g., 30 days] following the end of each calendar month.
5.3 The Affiliate is responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments (e.g., PayPal fees, bank transfer fees).
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
6.1 If a customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback for a purchase made through the Affiliate’s referral link, the commission for that sale will be deducted from the Affiliate’s next payment.
6.2 If no future payments are due, the Affiliate will be required to return the commission for the refunded or charged-back sale.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 This Agreement will commence on the date the Affiliate’s application is approved and will continue until terminated by either party.
7.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
7.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease all promotion of ChurchPack and will no longer be entitled to earn commissions on any future sales.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting ChurchPack.
8.2 The Affiliate agrees not to modify, alter, or misuse any of the Company’s intellectual property.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep all information related to the Company’s business, products, and customers confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party.
9.2 This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
10.2 The Company’s total liability to the Affiliate for any claims under this Agreement will not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to the Affiliate.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., the Federal Republic of Nigeria].
11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Specify Jurisdiction].
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
12.2 The Affiliate may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.
12.3 Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Acceptance
By participating in the ChurchPack Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
